Arise then outsources to companies like Jade of Spades Inc. to find the people who will work from home and provide virtual assistance to their customers. You complete a certification course for the client company you choose. You train and service from your home. It is all computerized, so you log into your computer and the client's systems, right from home.

Sounds too good to be true? Sadly, there are many scams out there—Jade of Spades Inc. partners with Arise Virtual Solutions, which is a legitimate work-from-home opportunity. There are dozens of client programs for which you can choose to partner. There are partial sales, customer service, technical support, email support, and chat support clients. By partnering with and working from home with Jade of Spades, you will be able to choose what works for you.

You must legally reside in the United States and must be 18 years of age or older. You can provide services from anywhere that is open to new applications. If you move, you can bring your work with you! The following are the fees: 1. Arise Background Check ($9.99). If you have felonies or bank fraud charges, you may not be eligible to provide services. 2. Certification Course for the client you choose starts at $4.99 up to $289. *Military families receive up to $150.00 towards their first client certification course with our Arise partner! These fees go to Arise Virtual Solutions, not Jade of Spades.

Your compensation can be as little or as big as you make it. You are in complete control of your paycheck. You choose the client that works best for you. You can choose your client by the rate of pay, hours of operation, days required to service. You are in complete control. We have team members making between $200–$1300 per pay period. We assess a low flat service fee is $50 per pay period. We pay our contractors on the 13th and 27th of the month. Jade of Spades has to cover business costs, including partner fees, computers, bank fees, software costs, direct deposit fees, and more. Our low, flat service fee allows us to support you during your certification process and beyond. We Want You to Succeed!

As an independent contractor, you are responsible for your taxes. Jade of Spades does not take any taxes out on your behalf. You would receive a 1099 form at the end of the year if you made $600 or more. Furthermore, you are not eligible to receive unemployment, overtime, or benefits as an independent contractor. We advise you to meet with a tax specialist to go over what you can write off and what deductions you can take as an independent contractor.

The onboarding process can be completed in as little as one day. Once you join the Jade of Spades team, you choose a client certification course. The length of each certification course is dependent on the client you choose, but you can start earning revenue in as little as two weeks.

Jade of Spades does not pay for the time spent in a client certification course. We pay for the time you service the customers during training; we call this earn while learning. We are the middleman between our partner's clients and you, the independent contractors working from home. As an independent contractor, you are responsible for any certification needed to provide services to the client.
